From Grocery Store to Benchmark
The Origins
On February 4th, Salvador Palou opens the doors of a small 'grocery store' in the Barceloneta neighborhood. The beginning of a family passion for service and quality.
The First Roaster
We install our first roasting machine. We officially become coffee artisans, controlling the entire process to offer a unique product in Barcelona.
Tradition and Future
Miquel Palou continues the legacy, keeping alive the essence of neighborhood commerce while adapting our offer to the most demanding palates of the 21st century.
